The Florida Alliance for Diabetes Prevention and Care

The Alliance is a partnership made up of health professionals, people working in the health care industry and community partners who have an interest in addressing the needs of Floridians who have or are at risk for diabetes. The Alliance is focused on several areas of concern, including access to diabetes care, diabetes education, early diagnosis of diabetes and pre-diabetes, identifying resources and community support for people with diabetes.
